Protecting the launch of Australia's National Cessation Platform
Led delivery of Cancer Council Victoria's National Cessation Platform from solution design through launch, making key product and delivery trade-offs to protect a fixed December deadline across content, technology and a complex stakeholder environment.
Candella App Launch
Founded, designed and launched Candella, a mobile-first platform connecting people with local sustainable businesses across Victoria. Built the MVP for iOS, Android and Web using no-code tools, listing more than 150 businesses and securing over 30 brand partnerships.
Onboarding Workflow (Sesimi)
Redesigned Sesimi's onboarding as an ongoing, personalised product journey, helping users learn in context while reducing the reliance on live training and one-to-one support. The new experience increased engagement by 25% and reduced onboarding-related support requests by an estimated 20 to 30%.
Upcycle, Circular Commerce for Everyday Australians
Designed and built a purpose-made mobile product for Upcycle, a social enterprise helping Australians donate or rehome second-hand furniture. Delivered the MVP for iOS and Android within three months, creating simpler workflows for contributors and the internal team.
Sesimi, SaaS Platform Rebuild
Led the end-to-end rebuild of Sesimi's core SaaS platform, improving the product experience and creating a more scalable foundation for enterprise clients including Toyota, Audi and Volkswagen. Migrated more than 60 clients over 12 weeks with no major client churn.
